Day 79!

So how do I follow such a popular post from yesterday? 30 comments and I hear that I was quite the talk around the water cooler! Well I guess I should let you know that my doctor regularly reads my blog and after yesterday he called the house and told Mommy that he thinks it would be better if we found a new pediatrician. Just kidding! April Fools! We love our pediatrician and wouldn't trade him for anybody!
Mommy's Uncle Joe and Aunt Cindy came over with their grandson Jarrod this morning. You can see that he had a good time playing swords with my brothers! He stayed for lunch with my brothers, but ate like me - nothing but liquids! I think he was too busy wanting to play more to focus on eating.... also like me and my bottle! Mommy tried and tried again today to get me to drink from my bottle but I just like to suck and still don't care to drink.
I think that my cow breast ointment is working on my butt, but thanks to all of you who gave us other ideas on how to make it better! It's great having all these moms all over the world looking out for me! I hope you all send birthday presents too! :)
Here's another milestone: my first bottle of gas medicine completely empty. I think that my brothers shared a bottle and never finished it. I've only been using it for 2 months and I've already guzzled it down. Mommy says it's Daddy's fault.... he likes to give it to me to calm me down... I can be totally screaming at the top of my lungs but as soon as I taste that berry goodness on my lips I have to stop and savor it! Daddy says its worth the two minutes of silence and I love it so much so he likes to make me happy!
Other than that today was a pretty lazy day for me. My Daddy and brothers went outside and played and went to the YMCA but I pretty much just hung out and slept. Mommy says it's okay because I'm sick. Please pray for my appointment tomorrow. I'm not real keen on the idea of not being able to eat for 4 hours before hand! Don't they know that I eat EVERY 3 hours! They may have a hard time seeing into my belly if I'm screaming! I sure hope Daddy brings the new bottle of the gas medicine!

You are adorable Jacob!!!!!
I pray tomorrow is an easy day for you, and your mom and dad.
I pray the doctors are able to see what they need to see, and have the wisdom to fix it!

What adorable pictures, and as the mama to three little boys (5,3 and 4 months) I know cute little boys! We are all praying for you Jacob, and pray specifically that the Dr. only gives you good news today. It is a privilege to follow your story and pray for your whole family. You are such an inspiration to live each day joyfully despite any difficulties. Oh, and my big boys want you pass the word on to your brothers "Can we come play in your snow?" as we have had none this year.

praying, praying, praying...
