Well hello there everyone! I know it has been a rough couple days as far as me keeping you all updated.....PLEASE don't give up on me though!.....keep checking and being patient and I will get adjusted to my new computer time schedule.
You see that outfit I was wearing in those pictures that I posted??? That was from my Auntie Arlene & Uncle Bob for Easter....it says "Dog gone cute" on the onesie....does she know me or what?!?!?!? Guess what I did though....Mommy was changing me and left that diaper off a little too long....it had been a while since I got her.....so I peed all over....it was quite the display of abilities......I got it all over the cute onesie and, get this, even on my hat! I have quite the shot! :) Mom and Gram managed to get the stains out so I can wear it again though, so no worries.
Monday (yesterday) I spent the morning with Daddy....now I love my Daddy but you know those times when you just want your Mommy?....yep, I was miserable and just wanted her....she was downstairs schooling Joshua and Jonathan so Daddy just hung with me until she could give me all her attention. After all the fussing Mommy even let me help her make lunch....I hung on her tummy in my little carrier and we did it together....it was great. I then helped make some brownies, and Mom, Dad, Joshua and Jonathan all sung "Happy Birthday" and had brownies and ice cream.
Now, you know how Joshua goes to golf??? Well, for the first time I got to go see him play.....boy is he good. I made the trip to the gym and then to the library....at the library I thought it was a silly rule to be quiet so I thought I would let everyone in the whole place know that I was hungry and not happy....breakin' the rules!.....I can be quite the rebel sometimes. So Mom quick had Joshua and Jonathan pick out books and we headed home with Gramma too...she gave me a cow for my birthday.....I think it has double meaning....1- because I like black and white and 2- because I have cow utter medicine on my butt....go ahead laugh if you must. Anyways, Grampa came to see my on my birthday....he always makes sure not to miss one even if he has to come late. Gramma came out to have Mom help her make a book of Aunt Nancy's wedding online....now this normally wouldn't be a problem BUT she had to do it while I should have been blogging.....think of my fans, Mom!.....so I thought I would let her know how I felt about that....I fussed, I cried, I tried to puke, I held my breath, I pulled the tape off my tube and face, pooped my pants....anything to get her off....she is quite patient with me....too patient....and very persistent....I fell asleep and gave up. I did kind of get her back by taking a longer nap earlier and this caused me to wake frequently in the night.
Then I felt bad so I slept all morning (until noon!) with her while Daddy took Joshua and Jonathan to swim and then played outside. Oh!....then guess who came??!?! The delivery guys with our new washer!!!! I could have kissed those boys. Finally, Mom doesn't just have to flip my clothes inside out and put them back on me! Just kidding! Then I went to get my 3 month pictures taken....Mom just goes to JCPenneys every month to get the inexpensive packages....who can say "No" to $8 picture packages??? I did great....I'll have to share them with you once we get them online. Mom was talking with everyone there to kill some time (sometimes you have to wait a bit to get the pictures) and now they are all praying for me.....she even had this sweet old lady in tears talking about me. "Maddy" is an 8th grade girl who I met (along with her sister and mom) and she was just so sweet....she came up to Mom and asked for my blog address and Mom told her and everyone else she talked to how to find me here at my blog so I hope they all visit.
Then after that, I went to see my pediatrician. I weighed in at 5 pounds 7 ounces! Not bad....it's a gain. Doc wasn't sure of it, but my liver seemed to be set a bit lower which could be an issue, but he wasn't sure because of my stellar abdominal muscles.....they really are a site to see....that is a reason that I am waiting for the warm weather......I'll be sporting my tank tops and shorts and Mom will have to peel the ladies off of me.
You know something.....every time I go to see one of my doctors or one of my nurses comes to see me, I am amazed at the outpouring of love and support that comes from ALL the staff. I am just surrounded by these doctors who don't just look at me as a file folder, but they allow me into their hearts and homes (through the blog) and they truly care about me. Me and my family say "Thank you" to all of you who allow me into your lives.
After I visited my doc, me, Mom and my big bros, headed home....we all zonked out so Mom had to carry our limp bodies inside and got my brothers into bed. Me on the other hand....well I seized the moment to have Mom to myself and hung with her a bit and now I am fed, medicated and tired so I guess it's off to bed.
Thank you so much for staying with me through my schedule adjustment.....I'll keep working on getting you an update in a timely manner.....please know that if anything serious happens, I or Mom or Dad or someone will be sure to let you know. Keep praying for my continued growth and strength....God is so good....86 days and still kickin'. I have been counting my days and making them count.....my prayer is that you will make every day of yours count. Laugh. Live. Love. Forgive. NEVER GIVE UP!
I love you all. Lord willing, we'll see you tomorrow! :)

Praying for you and your family. I come see you everyday and thank you for how you have blessed me with sharing your life. :-)
It's Maddy, i came and checked the blog as soon as i got home. Your in my prayers.
I just wanted to let you know that my 12 year old is going through typical growing pains at school and has been the brunt of some not so nice taunts. Well, Jacob, she has been praying for you so much and thinking about you and how God has made you so special (and that he has made All of us special) that this gave her strength to tell the others that. Even though that made them call her weird, she thinks that it made some of them think that being special is not a bad thing but something that is a blessing. So, from your cousin Alyssa - a great big hug and kiss. Thank you for fighting, and thank God for giving you to us, and thank your parents for the strength to share you! Love to you all.

Praying for you all, Happy Birthday sweet boy!
What a great birthday present - the new washer arrived! I can't imagine three little boys and no washer, I know I can't go three days with my three guys. Jacob, you must be absolutely right about your mom being patient. Loved the pictures from yesterday, especially you with your big brother. We continue to pray for you and your family and enjoy hearing about your adventures in living up each day. Happy Birthday sweet boy.
Blessings - Cheryl
Hi, I was at JC Penney's with my daughter, the one that delayed your pictures because she would not stay in the room, her name is Heaven Leigh Angel and your son is one too. I just sat here for the last 2 days and read your entire blog. Jacob you are an amazing work of God, just shows that he really does know what he's doing up there. God sent you to make all 71,000 visiters to this site just a little bit closer to him, through you. Your in our prayers.
