It's Jonathan's Birthday! Day 83!

Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you know that everything is good.....we are just very busy and haven't gotten to post yesterday's info but we will. Jonathan turned 4 today.....I turned 4 like 7 weeks ago.....he needs to celebrate birthdays like I do and he will get a lot older faster....or maybe just fatter since we have dessert every week.

Anyways...I had yellow poop! :) That means that the medicine I am on might be working a bit?!?!?! We'll see....Mom cried though just because she was so excited.....who would have thought yellow poop would be so great to see....it sure isn't great to smell! We'll catch up later. Have a great day!

Alright I'm back! We all went to the zoo today with Gramma and Grampa. I didn't quite like my first zoo experience. As soon as I smelled the elephants all I did was cry! But, it was Jonathan's birthday wish so I stuck it out and snuggled close to Mom while my brothers ran all over looking at different animals. We had lunch with Gramma and Grampa and then headed home to get ready for Jonathan's birthday party. Aunt Nancy and Uncle Kevin showed up just in time to hold me so that Mommy and Daddy could clean up and prepare for our guests. Jonathan invited Lauren, Emily and Alexa along with Faith, Noah, Anna and Nathan over... and of course they brought their parents along. Unfortunately his friends Delany and Chloe couldn't come because Delaney wasn't feeling well. Please pray she gets better. We had a great time! You can see Jonathan was especially excited because Mrs. Kelly got him a gift card to his favorite restaurant in the whole world... Applebees! Jonathan also stole my birthday Jello cake idea... but that's okay... he LOVES Jello. Or as Delaney would call it "Rainbow Mud!" I couldn't handle all the people and excitement in the house and as soon as everyone left I threw up and had some breathing issues. Don't know if it's my new medicine or what... but I scared Mommy and Aunt Nancy pretty good ... but I'm better now. Aunt Nancy was saying how amazing I really am... the fact that every cell in my body has an extra chromosome and yet everything forms together correctly to make my skin and bones and organs and stuff... and she's a stinking doctor! She's not the first doctor that I've amazed or baffled... and hopefully won't be the last either! God keeps me here as long as He wants me here... no shorter and no longer.... I'm held together by His loving hand.

Hi, I have been reading throughout your journey but this is my first comment. Your little guy amazes us all, he is a beautiful baby. What prompted me to comment is your last line in this post. It is absolutely perfect.

Sending love and prayers to your family from mine, Pam in Ontario

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHNATHAN!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you enjoyed the zoo and your jello cake and applebees.

Jacob it is awesome the way God formed you. You should check out this adhesion protein found in your body called Laminin. Just google it and see what it looks like and let us know if you are blown away by how God is proving how He's practically holding every cell in our body together (Colossians 1:16+17).

Till tomorrow little guy
