Letter I sent to My Family...seriously, it was in their mail box!...man am I good even from up here!

Dearest Mommy, Daddy, Joshua and Jonathan,
I just had to write and thank you all for being the GREATEST family in the world! (By the way, all the postage stamps in Heaven are FOREVER stamps:)) You showed me so much LOVE each and every minute that I was with you, and I am so THANKFUL that GOD let me be a part of your family, if even for just a short time. I know now why God gave me to you. May the LOVE of Christ continue to shine in your lives.
Mommy, I still don't know how you always managed to be so BEAUTIFUL, both inside and out, considering all the time you had to spend taking care of me. I am so sorry I missed your birthday since you didn't miss any of mine, but I guess God's birthday present to you was that I became completely HEALED. Praise the Lord!!!
Joshua and Jonathan, you guys are the BEST brothers in the world and so much FUN to be with! I would get tired just watching you! I think you will both be great fathers someday, just like your daddy. Continue to LOVE on each other as you did on me, it makes Jesus very happy.
I know you are all sad, but if you could see me now, you wouldn't be. I met Jesus when I got here, and HE is just like you guys always talked about. He knew my name and all about me, so I guess He must have been reading the blog like all those other people. You did such a great job with that daddy...it made people laugh, and it made people cry, and it touched more people than you will ever know while you're on Earth. I hope you have a GREAT Father's Day, you deserve it!
Heaven is so beautiful and AWESOME, and now I can do more than only imagine! I can do all the fun things now that I learned from watching my big brothers, like running and jumping. I miss you all so much and wish we were together again, but God said He still has some AMAZING things planned for you all, and that our day will come. I am not small and weak anymore, so when we do meet again I plan to love on you as you did on me, with a bear hug and big kiss!
Until that glorious day, I hope this letter helps you understand how much I LOVE YOU ALL. God Bless.
Your son and brother forever and ever,
Jacob

Dear Fahmer Family,

I have been watching and reading your blog for a few months now. Your story has touched my heart and further stregnthened my stance on pro-life. I wanted to tell you, walking out in faith, that I had a dream about little Jacob. He was healthy and sitting in some very green grass. He was happy and healthy. It was the same Jacob in the pictures, but he was healthy. I just felt like God wanted me to share that with you. I'm praying for you guys. God Bless!

A woman named Sue told me about this blog and I've been following it since January or so...

Just would like to express my condolences and also let you know that I'm amazed by your love for the Lord as parents.

I think many would have given up on God, through this...but you all have been determined to glorify God somehow.

Praise God for you...and may you be blessed...I do plan on seeing Baby Jacob myself someday.---12

I have never commented on your blog. As a matter of fact, I'm not even sure how I came across your blog, only by the Grace of God! I was on youtube and found a video and saw the link. I also do a blog on blogspot so I decided to read. I started at the beginning without reading anything else. I found it on July 1st. I didn't pay any attention to the most recent blogs that were being posted, I just started with the very first blog and read. I can't begin to tell you how your blog made me feel. I did laughed, cried, and most of all I was so very blessed by this blog, and by the life of Baby Jacob. I felt deep sorrow when I came to the end of the blog. I can't tell you how proud I am of your family. Your boys showed maturity beyond their years and the way you dealt with things was absolutely a blessing to me. Thank you so much for sharing your story. May God continue to bless your family in ways you can't imagine!

As I sit here in tears, I don't know what to say. I feel so blessed to have read about little Jacob, and witness the miracles God created. Jacob was such an inspiration to me, and brought me closer to the Lord. I will never forgot him and joy he brought to so many people's lives.

I just want to say "Thank you" for creating this blog and showing the glory that God brings, even though we may not understand it. Little Jacob has many grapes on his vine, and that you should be proud of and thankful to God for.

Prayers and Love,

Jennie

Oh, Jacob. How wonderful. I was hoping we'd hear from you from heaven.

And P.S. to whichever angel helped Jacob with this: thank you. This almost made me cry. I can't imagine how his family reacted. Huggies...

How very thoughtful of Jacob! Not a surprise though, knowing Jacob! Thank you for sharing this! He will be missed by so many!

What a blessing to know, as Jacob stated in his letter, that he is now healed and strong! May God comfort your family until you all can meet once again! Praying for you often!

Dear Jacob,
I am so glad to know that such a wonderful friend is ready to meet me and my family in Heaven when the time comes. What a comfort and a joy to know that although families may part on earth, we will live together forever and ever in Heaven. I know that that thought allows many Mommies to get out of bed each day! Thank you God for eternal life, and for loving families!

I have never posted on this blog before but I have read your entire blog. I found your page through the Adopting William Blog. I was very touched by reading the story of baby jacob and I will say your story has inspired me to keep my current goal in life which is to be a neonatologist. I just graduated high school and am starting college in the fall for Pre-med. I will ALWAYS keep you in my heart and in 12 years or so when I have reached by goal I will remember you and not give up. Saying extra prayers today as I know that each anniversary will especially difficult. I promise more this week as well as I imagine that some of your family and friends will be going back to their "normal" routines while you struggle with finding a new one. Praying that the Lord will bless you with moments of peace, comfort and hope in the darkness. And that he will use your family and friends (including us bloggers) to feel his presence.
