There will be a memorial / celebration of Jacob's life service on Thursday June 5th at 7 PM at Grace Baptist Church located at 2525 Eggert Road in Tonawanda NY. Please come and join us to celebrate all that God has done in Jacob's life. There will be a dessert reception following the service where we would love to see you and hear how Jacob's life impacted yours. As this will be a celebration of life please don't feel the need to wear black.
In lieu of flower donations can be made to the Fahmer Family Fund which will be used to help support other organizations and families with special needs in honor of Jacob. Donations can be made online with the paypal button on the sidebar and the footer or in person at the service. Thank you.

My heart is heavy knowing what you have all been going through these past few days. Yet, somehow, I am uplifted knowing that you managed to squeeze into Jacob's short life so much love, understanding, acceptance and joy. Many people live for years and years and don't experience what he did and what you as a family did. You are in my hearts and in my prayers. Thank you for your brave decision to bring Jacob into this world knowing what would happen. You've taught us so much about unconditional love. You are very special people. Can we bring a dessert?
How Jacob's life has impacted mine...
In just the 20-minutes I've read about him, I've already rejoiced that you got this time with him, been thankful for you sharing your lives with me here, and held my son tighter than I have in a while and felt thankful to God for him and the healing that has happened in his life.
If this is the result of 20-minutes in one life, I can only imagine the total sum.
I just heard of Jacob's passing on to His Heavenly Father. Praying for your family during this difficult time. Rejoicing in Jacob's healed body and celebration in heaven.

Wish I could be there to give you a hug and to thank you for being such an inspiration to me and so many others! I'll be praying for you and thinking of your precious Jacob's miraculous life! What a blessing he has been to so many around the world! God Bless You!
How I wish I could come and celebrate sweet Jacob's life. He has touched so many of us and I would love nothing more than to be there and support you. Please know that many of us who are far away will be thinking of you and praying...always praying.
I am without words today. I have followed Jacob's incredible journey almost everyday since April. I didn't get to check it over the weekend so when I checked this morning I was just completely heartbroken. Jacob is such a beautiful boy and I can't imagine what you are feeling. I am deeply sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you at this time epsecially with your boys as they try to deal with such a grown up situation. Angie Smith (Audrey Caroline's mom) said on her blog, to volunteer to be a "carrier" for others grief. I feel that this is my calling today to be a carrier for your grief so that you may have peace today. Beautiful Jacob had a wonderful spirit that has touched me forever.
Thank you for sharing his story and bless you all.
Thank you for the wonderful journey you are taking us on. God's grace through you is an awesome expression of His love for you.
You are loved and in our prayers.

My heart aches for you and your family.

While I will not be there in person, I will be there in spirit! May God keep you close.

I wish so badly that I could be there to celebrate his life and to hug you guys parent to parent. To say that my heart was taken by little Jacob was an understatement. Every day I would read and reiterate to my husband that many times tri18 babies are aborted and he lived such a full life and taught so many people so many things. Its a shame that other familys miss out on these amazing little children of God. Know that your family is loved!
I so wish I could be there, but know that many of us will be there in our prayers. You have all been such an inspiration to so many, despite the difficulties you encountered you exhibited such joy and happiness with Jacob as part of your family. You are as much a blessing to him as he is to you. I hope that the service is truly a celebration to sustain you during the crashing waves.
with love and prayers - Cheryl
