Touching us from Heaven.....

Hi there. This is really cool. You'll just have to go and read this blog entry for your self. Michelle Hicks works for Lifeway (coordinators of the event) Deeper Still Conference me and some of "my mommy friends" went to in Atlanta. Michelle escorted us back stage, prayed for us, and spent time with us and Beth Moore and Amanda Jones. Our babies continue to touch the lives of others in more ways than I can imagine....they live on....they really do.

Go here:

(The entry is "People you Meet"...it was the most recent one but she may have updated it since.)

Very cool. Thank you Jacob. Thank you Jesus.

Isn't it awesome how God uses people to gently remind us not only that he is in control, but to show us love and compassion when we need it the most...Our God is Good all of the time...

Karen,

Thanks for placing the link. I really needed it today. God has been working through you to me. Please keep praying. My baby boy has left me also, but in a different way. Please keep him in your prayers so that he will be safe and God will guide him. His name is Nathaniel and he is 17 years old. Thank you.

If you have any words of encouragement, I would love to hear them from ANYONE. I do not have a blog... just email. skm2@bellsouth.net I love my son and wish only the best for him, yet he is still my baby and I am worried about him and don't really know what is going on with him. Thanks Karen.

God Bless

thanks for continuing to share. I couln't take my eyes off of Jacob's little hand picture. Even though I still have my "kids" to hold, they are no longer babies. I miss that. The littleness of them. Their little hands. Their little feet. I also loved the entry about "He grew". Jacob continues to touch us all and that will make him grow in our hearts as well.

I just love Jacobs little arm and hand you posted. It is so sweet. I enjoyed the "People you Meet" article and I just love how God has Sisters in Him placed all over the world and country. It truly makes the body of Christ intimate doesn't it. And yes, all of your babies' ministries continue on each and every day. I love the reminders.
Oh, and BTW, if it is not too tacky, I am loving the color of your nail polish in the tatoo post.
Would you share the brand and color with me? Sorry, but I keep checking it out and when I find myself doing this, I have to get it. I adore the tatoo too. Such a perfect little foot.:) of a perfect little boy. I love him.

Love, Laurie in Ca.

Hi Karen, I have stumbled upon your blog through a friend of mine, but know that it was not by accident....God planned it that way. I have been touched by your story, as well as the stories of the mommies you met blogging who have travelled your road of Trisomy 18. What a gift from God to be joined with these mommies in the Lord and to encourage each other in the Lord. As a mommy myself to sweet Joshua, born August 14, 2002 with Trisomy 18, I want to encourage you that as God gives and God takes away, he makes something so beautiful out of our pain so that He shines brightly in and through us and touches so many lives for HIM. You are being transformed more and more into the image of Him. "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." Romans 15:13. I will be praying for you and your family. I know the pain of trying to "live life" but without the precious life of our child by our side. Hold close to God, our Father who will comfort you and guide each and every step. In Christ's love, Stacy

I am so excited that you were able to experience that. Amanda Jones is one of my good friends and I love to hear and see how we are so Woven together in Christ.
I have read your blog from day one and I feel honored that I have a friend that met you.
