This blog was created to chronicle the life of Jacob Ryan Fahmer - a beautiful gift of God born with a genetic disorder known as Trisomy 18.

Oh Karen... I love him so much! He is amazing and it is beautiful to see all the smiles, especially with his big brothers. I know Jeremiah is so blessed to have a family that loves him as you all do, and a brother, not much more than a year older than him, who taught everyone how to love so much more deeply and passionately!
"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."

Love to you and your sweet blessings!

He is so adorable and so cute! Pretty enough to be a girl (as my mom used to say). No offense to his Daddy :)
Big brothers certainly look proud and happy.
May God bless him with a long and happy life, and may he grow up to serve and love Jesus.
